Shipping & Return Policy

This policy outlines how seol.in handles shipping and returns for all orders placed on our platform. Please read this carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days
  • International shipping: Currently not available

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹499: Free standard shipping
  • Orders below ₹499: ₹49 flat shipping fee
  • Express delivery (where available): ₹99 additional charge

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard on seol.in.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will attempt re-delivery up to 2 times. After that, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you may request a re-shipment (additional charges may apply) or a full refund.

Return Policy

Return Window

You may initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible products. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product is significantly different from the description or images on the listing
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing parts or accessories

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, beverages)
  • Innerwear, swimwear, and personal hygiene products
  • Digital products and gift cards
  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered from original condition

How to Initiate a Return

  • Raise a support ticket via your seol.in account under 'My Orders' → 'Raise a Ticket', or email support@seol.in with your order ID and reason for return.
  • A dedicated customer executive will be assigned to your ticket and will reach out to you within 48 business hours.
  • The executive will review the merits of your return request — this may include asking for photos, videos, or additional details.
  • Once the review is complete, you will be notified of the decision via email or phone.
  • If approved, a pickup will be scheduled at no extra cost to you and the return process will be initiated.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
