Refund Policy

At seol.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. This policy explains how refunds work on our platform.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch.
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • Your return request was approved under our Return Policy.
  • Your order was undelivered due to a logistics failure on our side.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders for non-returnable items (see our Shipping & Return Policy).
  • Refund requests raised after 7 days from delivery.
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
  • Shipping fees for orders where the product itself is not defective.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within the following timelines:

Note: Bank processing times may vary. If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

4. Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted — for example, if an item shows signs of use or if only part of a multi-item order is returned. We will communicate the exact refund amount before processing.

5. Cancelled Orders

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund within 1–3 business days. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; you will need to initiate a return once delivered.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Raise a support ticket via your seol.in account under My Orders → Raise a Ticket, or email support@seol.in with your order ID and refund reason.
  2. A dedicated customer executive will be assigned to your ticket and will contact you within 48 business hours.
  3. The executive will review the merits of your request — this may involve requesting photos, videos, or additional information.
  4. Once the review is complete, you will be informed of the decision via email or phone.
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or seol.in Wallet as per the timelines above.

7. Disputes

If you believe your refund was incorrectly denied, please email us at support@seol.in with your order ID and supporting evidence. We will re-investigate and respond within 3 business days.
